FAQ Q.: How long will it take to get my order? A.: Under normal circumstances we ship orders within 24 hours from order placement. If there is any reason why we can't ship within this timeframe, we will contact you to discuss options available (expedited shipping method, changing/canceling the order, etc.) UPS ground usually takes 3-7 business days depending on where you are located and what warehouse we can ship your order from. Q.: Do you ship outside of the United States? A.: Not at this time. Q.: What is your return policy? A.: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery of your order, shipping and handling charges are non refundable. There is a 25% restocking fee.
